It may seem funny to unwind by driving some more, but I wanted to see some of the shore birds before they migrate away. It was a cloudy, foggy morning in Galveston, but the Common Loon didn't seem to mind a bit

I love these huge Brown Pelicans.

This is such a neat bird, the White Tailed Kite.
